The loan requested will be secured by a first mortgage on the property described herein;

The property will not be used for any illegal or prohibited purpose or use;

All statements made on this application are made for the purpose of obtaining the loan indicated herein;

Occupation of the property will be as indicated on loan application;

The property is located within Lender's designated area of business - Cass, Howard and the immediate surrounding counties in Indiana;

Verification or re-verification of any information contained in the application may be made at any time by the Lender, its agents, successors or assigns, either directly or through a credit reporting agency, from any source named in this application, and the original copy of this application will be retained by the Lender, even if the loan is not approved;

The Lender, its agents, successors or assigns will rely on the information contained in the application and I/we have a continuing obligation to amend and/or supplement the information provided in this application if any of the material facts which I/we have represented herein should change prior to closing;

The Lender, its agents, successors or assigns makes no representation or warranties, expressed or implied, to the Borrower(s) regarding the property, the condition of the property, or the value of the property;

My/our transmission of this application as an "electronic record" containing my/our "electronic signature", as those terms are defined in applicable federal and/or state laws shall be effective, enforceable and valid as if a paper version of this application were delivered containing my original signature;

In the event this loan is approved and my payments become delinquent, the owner or servicer of the Loan may, in addition to other rights and remedies that it may have relating to such delinquency, report my name and account information to one or more consumer credit reporting agencies;

I/we are of legal age to submit a loan application;

Authorization is given to obtain my/our credit report.
